have a house plan web-site nor or we the largest, but we are
among the newest and freshest. We believe that everyone wants
more choices beyond paint color and floor covering when they
are looking for a new home. This site is where it can happen.
Any home that is not a
“tract” home or a “sub-division” home is called a Custom Home.
They are called Custom Homes because they are just that, built
to the customer’s specific design. Most Custom Homes are built
on the homeowner’s lot/property. There are some
developments that actually are populated with Custom Homes.
Custom Home values generally climb higher and faster than
others.
Custom Home builders
exist for these selective customers. Custom Home builders may
have their own designer or will gladly accept pre-drawn plans.
The length of time from initial customer contact to a
completed home may be drastically shortened if plans are in
hand. You will find that a Custom Home may cost a little more,
but if you study home construction, you will also find that a
Custom Home is generally constructed with superior materials,
to tougher standards, and with better craftsmen.
Our home office is in
central Texas but we are familiar with many architectural
styles. Our catalog is filled with original home designs drawn
by us or one of our associates.
There are several
options to having your plans in hand:
- We invite you to look at our catalog
and contact us about a purchase.
- Contact us if you find one that is
close to what you want, but needs some modification. We can
make that happen too.
- The 3rd option available is for us to
design your custom home from scratch. We can work from
e-mails, faxes, sketches/pictures, and phone conversations.
We also draw/design
homes constructed with ICF (Insulating Concrete Forms). This
is a proven product with incredible energy efficiency along
with superior structural strength. The cost to build isn’t
that much higher than conventional construction and has long
