Pricing for Custom Home Drafting & Design

(Pricing is based on square footage under roof)

Up to 4,000 sq ft                          $ .50 per sq ft

4,000 to 5,000 sq ft                      $ .55 per sq ft

More than 5,000 sq ft                   $ .60 per sq ft

                        Plans Include:                                       

•      Elevations  (4 Sides)

•      Floor Plan(s) w/opening schedules

•      Foundation Dimensions w/Diagonals

•      2nd Story (If applicable) floor system

•      Roof Plan

•      Electrical Plan(s) w/Schedule(s)

    (5) Sets of Drawings (Typically 1/4" = 1' Scale)

          Additional Drafting Services Available:           

Cabinetry, Site plans, Details, Cross Sections, and Elaborate 3D Renderings.

Remodeling and other Drafting Services available @ $45.00 per hour. 

We can work from phone calls, pictures, faxes, sketches and personal meetings

Single Story Home Plans:

Review set:                          $150.00 plus shipping.
Complete working set:           $650.00 plus shipping.

Complete set w/revisions $650.00 + $45.00 per hour for changes.

Plans are available on CD as PDF or DWG for an additional $75.00.

Multi-Story Home Plans:

Review set:                          $175.00 plus shipping.
Complete working set:           $850.00 plus shipping.

Complete set w/revisions $850.00 + $45.00 per hour for changes.

Plans are available on CD as PDF or DWG for an additional $75.00.
