The plans featured in The Great House Plans, LLC web site are prepared by independent building designers. All plans comply with at least one of the nationally recognized building codes (International Residential Code, Standard Building Code, or Uniform Building Code) in effect at the time they were drawn. Because local and state building regulations vary by region and are constantly changing, complete conformance to purchaser’s specific requirements is impossible. Therefore, Great House Plans, LLC authorizes the sale and use of these plans with the condition that the purchaser agrees and is obligated to strictly comply with all applicable codes, regulations, ordinances and requirements. Note: certain states require the services and seal of an architect or engineer registered in that state.  It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy, compliance with statutes or regulations, and fitness of purpose of any plans or construction information received from Great House Plans, LLC prior to use thereof. Plan Information Policy:  Great House Plans, LLC and our affiliated designers make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our plan information, yet reserve the right to make corrections on our floor plans and/or elevations if changes occur.  Attention AL, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, ID, LA, MD, MA, MN, NV, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PN, UT and VA residents: plans may have to be engineered to meet local building codes. General Shipping Time Information Orders are usually shipped the next business day. In the event that an item ordered is out of stock or temporarily unavailable, we will notify the purchaser in writing, by phone or e-mail. Unless the purchaser tells us otherwise, we will ship the ordered item as soon as possible. If we are not able to ship an item within 10 business days from receipt of a paid order, the purchaser may request a full refund. 2. Product Tracking Information: The purchaser will receive an e-mail order confirmation shortly after placing the order. Damage to Plans During Shipping: If the purchaser receives a damaged item, they must properly file a claim with the shipping company. If you suspect the package is damaged but haven’t yet opened it, you may ask the delivery person to give you an opportunity to physically inspect the package in their presence. If that is not possible, the purchaser needs to save the carton and all packing materials for inspection by the shipping company. In any case, if the purchaser will contact Great House Plans, LLC. We will reship the order and resolve the situation as soon as possible.  4. Returned Shipments: Please be aware that we will add shipping charges on any reshipped items that have been returned by the shipping company either due to no one at home to accept the delivery or any other reason.  ? International Copyright Law Guidelines:  It is illegal to make copies of home blueprints, one may however copy up to 12 sets of prints (for the building of one house), when one purchases a set of plans stamped “Reproducible” from Great House Plans, LLC.  It is illegal to have plans drawn based in part or in whole, on plans, brochures, designs, web pages or literature produced by Great house Plans, LLC without having first purchased the plans.  ?
